Assembly time 6am.
Reaching early will help you in finding suitable parking area.
Security & Safety:
For security reason, people without bibs will not be allowed at all in assembly area and on route. Please arrange tags from the counter outside assembly area if you are accompanying minors.
Parking:
There is no parking allowed on Shantipath and near High Commission of Canada. Vehicles will be towed away if parked in ‘No Parking’ area.
Nearest parking options are:
# Yashwant Place at Satya Marg Vinay Marg Round-about (700m from assembly area)
# Primus Hospital at Chandragupt Marg (600m from assembly area)
# Nehru Park, Niti Marg (limited parking, 500m from assembly area)
# Carpool is highly recommended
# Keep your valuables in dashboard or boot of the car. These should not be visible from outside.
# Use of cab services, if possible, is another option.
Assembly area:
Walk to assembly area at Gate No. 2 of Canada High Commission at Shantipath- Satya Marg Round-about.
Category wise Start Time:
► 3Km Run participants will take a U-turn from 1.5Km mark. Starts at 7:00am
► 5Km Walkathon participants will take a U-turn from 2.5Km. Starts at 7:00am
► 5Km Solo & Team Run participants will take a U-turn from 2.5Km. Starts at 7:05am
► 10Km Solo & Team Run participants will take a U-turn from 5Km (2 loops) Starts at 7:10am
Prizes & Trophies:
► Top 3 women finishers (overall fastest) in 10Km, 5Km will be timed by Gun Start (gross timing), irrespective of age category.
► Net time will be applicable of all age categories rankings.
► Top 3 fastest teams in 5Km mixed & 10Km mixed category will be felicitated.
► Top 3 fastest 3km juniors (boys and girls) will also get trophies
► 5Km Walkathon is a non-timed fun walk.
Water Stations and other arrangements:
We are making our events eco-friendly and green. Water will be served in disposable cups or you may use your personal bottles/ sippers. There are 3 water stations on the route i.e. 50m 1.4K, 2.4K. The aid stations will have first-aid, water, energy drink and race related snacking items.
There will be Km markers and volunteers to guide you at every turn. The route is clean, green and traffic free.
Facilities in assembly area:
There will be portable toilets & storage counter. Don’t keep valuable in your bag and mark your name on the bag for identification.
Post Run Activities:
► Enjoy the post run cool-down stretches
► Participants will get finishers’ Medal & Timing Certificate will be available online.
► Post run breakfast will be served to all participants in holding area.
